America’s Choice $500K Plan

The America’s Choice 500K Plan  plan is a fixed indemnity co-pay plan.

The difference with this indemnity plan is that it offers co-pay’s through the PHCS network.

There is a $500,000 yearly benefit limit, meaning anything beyond that the client will be responsible for.  You have 10 Dr visits each year per person.

There is pharmacy coverage offered with this plan, but not all meds will be covered.

To help off-set the potential out of pocket there are supplemental plans, such as an accident plan from MedElite or a hospital plan from AllState.

This plan is great for those healthy individuals who are wanting a plan for “what if’s” of life.
