The Iron Health Intelligent 7500 EPO Plan is a major medical, within the Cigna Network.

This plan offers a $7500 deductible with $15,000 max out of pocket (for individuals), copays for Dr visits  and FREE Telemedicine.

Preventive care is generally covered by this plan.

This is a major medical plan but please note there is NO out of network coverage and some services require client to pay dedcutible and coinsurance first.
