The Life X MM Plan is a major medical plan, within the PHCS or Cigna Networks. This plan works as a traditional deductible plan with several deductible options, copays for Dr visits (after deductible) and FREE Telemedicine. United Hospital & Surgical Plan
The United Hospital & Surgical Plan what you might call a catastrophic plan. It is offered through United Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare insurance providers in the country and is a Nationwide PPO plan. This plan does NOT include Dr visits.
