Tri-Term Plans are a great solution for those individuals who are looking for a consistent premium for an extended period of time. Each plan offers a guaranteed rate for 3 years. The most popular of the Tri-Term-Term plans is the CoPay Select Max Plan. The United CoPay Plan is one of the more traditional private insurance plans. It is offered through United Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare insurance providers in the country and is a Nationwide PPO plan. This plan does offer copay payments for Dr visits & Urgent Care visits. There are 4 Dr visits allowed per person, per year and unlimited Urgent Care visits. Well exams are not covered. The Philadelphia American/New Era Plan (PAL Plan) is a unique plan giving YOU more control of your health insurance than ever before. It is an indemnity plan. Allstate offers some great supplemental plans to help off-set the cost of your deductible and subsequent out of pocket cost for accident and sickness related hospital stays with a lump sum payment made directly to you. Allstate offers both underwritten options with benefit levels ranging from $2500 – $17,500 and also guaranteed issue plans with a $10,000 benefit level.
